ขั้นตอน 6 เดือน (Approval → Operating)
1) Pre-Consultation กับ BOI (ฟรี) — ประเมิน Fit + เลือกหมวด
2) เขียน Application (Form F PA PP): Business Plan 50-100 หน้า + Financial Projection 10 ปี + Environmental Impact
3) BOI Committee Review 40-60 วัน — Present Board ถ้า > 200 MB
4) Approval Letter → 6 เดือน ต้องยอมรับ + จ่ายค่าธรรมเนียม
5) จัดตั้งบริษัท / เพิ่มทุน + ยื่น Import List เครื่องจักร + ATIGA 0%
