What if my visa is refused?+

Fee refund minus documented out-of-pockets (MFA, translation, courier). We rarely see refusals because we pre-screen.

Is your fee negotiable for a large family?+

Yes — for families of 5+ we quote custom. Also for corporate relocations of executives (invoice + WHT compliant).

How is this different from your visa-only service?+

Thailand Retirement Visa (Non-O 50+) — Filed from Phuket

Thailand offers three retirement visas for 50+ foreigners. Non-O: lowest government cost, converted in-country from tourist entry, THB 800k in a Thai bank for 2+ months OR THB 65k/month pension. O-A: 1-year multi-entry from a Thai embassy abroad, requires Thai-recognised health insurance (USD 100k coverage). O-X: 10-year visa for 20 nationalities, THB 3M deposit or THB 1.8M + THB 1.2M annual income, health insurance required. All three need annual 90-day reports, TM.30 on every re-entry, and a re-entry permit before departure. LTR-WP is often better than O-A for wealthy retirees.

Thai Bank Account for Foreigners — Escorted Opening in Phuket

Foreigners can open a Thai bank account with (1) a valid long-stay visa, (2) a residence certificate from Immigration OR your embassy, (3) a Thai phone number, and (4) proof of address. Bangkok Bank is the most tourist-friendly; Kasikorn (KBank) has the best mobile app; SCB has the widest branch network in Phuket; Krungthai is required if you'll receive government payments (LTR tax filing, BOI). Tourist / Visa Exempt applicants can still open accounts at specific branches for a THB 5,000-10,000 minimum deposit but face restricted online banking. LTR and BOI visa holders get expedited opening.

Thai Driving Licence for Foreigners — Phuket DLT Escorted Route

Foreigners on long-stay visas (DTV, Non-B, O, O-A, LTR, SMART, Ed) can apply for a Thai driving licence at the Phuket DLT in Kathu. Two-year temporary licence first, upgraded to 5-year on renewal. If you hold a valid home-country or International Driving Permit, you skip the theory test and get a straight conversion. Without one, you take a computer-based theory test (available in English, Chinese, Japanese, Russian, Arabic, German, French) and a practical driving test. Motorcycle and car are separate licences.
