Up to 10 years, issued as 5 years plus a 5-year renewal while eligibility continues. — Multiple entries, with annual reporting instead of 90-day reporting.

Financial and income criteria specific to the category, as published by BOI · Health insurance or deposit evidence per the applicable condition · Employment, overseas employer performance or investment evidence, depending on the category · Education and experience documents for highly skilled professionals, usually certified and translated

File the qualification application on the BOI online system → BOI reviews and issues the qualification endorsement → Collect the LTR visa at a Thai mission or at the One Stop Service Center in Thailand → Eligible holders can obtain the accompanying digital work permit

Renewed for a further 5 years while the category criteria continue to be met, with annual reporting.
