Destination Thailand Visa (DTV)

Remote workers employed by or serving clients outside Thailand, participants in soft-power activities such as Muay Thai, Thai cooking and medical treatment, plus accompanying dependants.

Five years of validity with multiple entries. — Each entry allows up to 180 days, extendable once by up to a further 180 days per entry.

Financial evidence of at least THB 500,000 · Category evidence: remote employment contract or client engagement letter, course enrolment, or medical appointment documents · Relationship documents for dependants such as marriage or birth certificates, usually translated and certified · Passport valid at least 6 months

Pick the qualifying track (workcation or Thai soft power) matching your evidence → File through the e-Visa system from your country of residence → On arrival, check the stamp shows the expected 180 days → To extend, file TM.7 at immigration before the stamp expires
